This team is kicking off a large transformation project and is looking for a specialist in the EPCM area.

There will be two interview rounds:
1 - with hiring manager and group leadxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxminutes
2 - with the technical leader - 45 minutes (Q&A / Situational)

Responsibilities

- Design and Maintain EPCM Models: Configure and optimize cost and revenue allocation models, drivers, POVs, and calculation logic to deliver transparent profitability insights.

- Implement Allocation Logic: Author and tune allocation rules and calculation scripts to balance accuracy with performance, ensuring full traceability and reconciliation.

- Production Support: Triage and resolve incidents and data issues; enhance system monitoring, logging, and alerting; and contribute to root cause analysis.

- Extend EPBCS (Projects): Configure the Projects module (drivers, forms, smart lists, mappings), support integrations, and enable project-level planning and reporting.

- Metadata & Governance: Partner with EDMCS owners to manage dimensions and hierarchies across EPCM/EPBCS to ensure consistent versioning.

- Performance Optimization: Profile models and optimize calculation ordering and data slices to resolve bottlenecks in large allocations.

- Business Partnership: Collaborate with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to translate methodologies into scalable technical designs and provide best practice guidance.

- Agile Delivery: Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical documentation within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

- Oracle EPCM Expertise: 3+ years configuring models, allocation rules, POVs, and driver-based methodologies.

- Oracle EPBCS Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with EPBCS forms, rules, Data Management, and security.

- Projects Module Experience: Practical experience implementing or supporting the EPBCS Projects module, including actuals integration.

- Integration Skills: Experience with EPM Data Management, flat file/API interfaces, mappings, and drill-through.

- Calculations & Scripting: Working knowledge of Calc Manager, Groovy-based rules, or equivalent scripting.

- Data Modeling Mindset: Strong grasp of dimensional modeling for EPM and general allocation/profitability concepts.

- SDLC & Agile: Experience delivering in Agile teams with version control and production change controls.

- Communication: Ability to translate complex finance concepts into technical designs for non-technical partners.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS.

- EDMCS experience for metadata governance.

- Proficiency in Smart View and end-user enablement.

- Background with Oracle ERP Cloud Projects or similar source systems.

- Certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPCM/Planning) or Agile (PSM/CSM).
