An OpenText professional is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText enterprise solutions such as Content Server, Archive Center, Documentum, or Exstream to manage enterprise content and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement OpenText solutions based on business requirements
Configure OpenText modules (Content Server, Archive Center, Exstream, etc.)
Customize workflows, templates, and document processes
Integrate OpenText with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
Perform system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
Provide production support and issue resolution
Prepare technical documentation and user training
