Node.Js Full Stack Lead Developer

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Node.js Full Stack Lead Developer to lead and deliver scalable web applications. This is a tech lead role requiring strong hands-on experience in React, Node.js (TypeScript), and AWS, along with the ability to design technical solutions and guide teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Full Stack JavaScript: Strong experience with React (frontend) and Node.js (backend) using TypeScript
• AWS Cloud: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (mandatory)
• Low-Code Architecture: Experience designing or integrating low-code platforms (mandatory)
• Design Principles: Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, DRY, and clean coding practices
• Frontend Technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Serverless: Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB
• Leadership: Experience working as a Tech Lead and mentoring developers

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• Lead full stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
• Architect and deliver cloud-native and serverless solutions using AWS services
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines
• Support CI/CD processes, source control, and unit testing
• Provide technical guidance and solution design support to the team and client
