Network Wireless Architect

• Optimize performance, coverage, and reliability
• Integrate wireless solutions with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networks
• Troubleshoot complex wireless and RF-related issues
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentor network engineers
• Evaluate emerging wireless technologies and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of network engineering experience
• 3+ years in wireless architecture/design
• Strong expertise in Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar wireless platforms
• Deep knowledge of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxstandards and RF principles
• Experience with wireless controllers, access points, and WLC configurations
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience with network security (WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, NAC)
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet)
