We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead to join our client Incedo and drive a large-scale modernization initiative for a high-performance trading platform.

🔎 Role Overview

This is a critical leadership role focused on migrating legacy TIBCO-based services to modern .NET / .NET Core microservices architecture.

You will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability within a mission-critical trading environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from TIBCO to .NET/.NET Core microservices
• Architect scalable, resilient, high-availability distributed systems
• Define migration roadmaps and target-state architecture
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
• Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Business, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security for trading applications
• Support CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) initiatives

• Influence enterprise-level architecture decisions

   

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET / .NET Core
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Lead Developer
• Strong background in microservices & distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO (BW, EMS) and legacy modernization
• Solid experience with TDD, unit test automation, SonarQube
• Strong domain experience in financial services / trading platforms
• Experience with Terraform (IaC)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

• Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams

   

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Messaging & integration experience: Kafka, EMS, TIBCO
• Microsoft Certified Lead Developer (or equivalent)
• Strong DevOps & CI/CD pipeline experience
