Job Description
We are looking for a senior-level C# .NET Blazor Developer to support large-scale modernization and Java-to-.NET

migration initiatives for government tax systems. The ideal candidate will have deep .NET expertise, strong accessibility knowledge, and experience working in regulated or public-sector environments.


Key Responsibilities
·        Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor
·        Lead and support Java application migration to modern .NET architecture
·        Ensure UI components meet WCAG / ADA accessibility standards
·        Enhance and modernize tax and government systems (TDA)
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Architects)
·        Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
·        Support hybrid work requirements in Texas


Required Qualifications
·        15+ years of hands-on software development experience
·        Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core
·        Proven experience with Blazor
·        Experience with Java-to-.NET

migration or legacy modernization
·        Solid understanding of WCAG / ADA compliance
·        Experience working with government or tax-domain systems
·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications
·        Prior experience with TDA or state tax systems
·        Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
·        Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
