Mobile QA Test Engineer

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Analyze test results and maintain defect tracking documentation.

Defect Management & Collaboration

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Performance & Security Testing

• Conduct mobile performance testing and monitor app responsiveness.
• Validate API integrations and backend services.
• Support basic mobile security testing and compliance validation.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend process improvements to enhance QA efficiency.
• Stay current with mobile testing trends, tools, and OS updates.
• Contribute to quality metrics and reporting dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in Mobile QA or Software Testing.
• Experience testing native or hybrid mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Familiarity with REST API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
