Microsoft 365 Architect

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft 365 Architect who has end-to-end ownership

experience of designing and managing enterprise M365 platforms. The role involves making strategic solution, security, and platform-level design decisions while supporting client  initiatives around modern Microsoft ecosystems including AI Foundry, Copilot, and Power Platform integrations.

This is a high-impact architecture role requiring strong cloud expertise and hands-on experience in enterprise M365 deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

Define tenant architecture strategy (single vs. multi-tenant, geo strategy).

Design and govern identity models (Entra ID / Azure AD, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA).

Architect integration across:

Exchange Online

Microsoft Teams

SharePoint Online

OneDrive

Define service boundaries and data residency strategy.

Drive M365 security architecture, compliance, and governance framework.

Support Microsoft strategic initiatives including:

AI Foundry

Copilot

Power Platform integration with M365 suite

Lead cloud architecture decisions and platform roadmap discussions.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Provide architecture documentation and technical leadership.

Must-Have Skills

10–15 years overall IT experience with minimum 6+ years in Microsoft 365.

Proven experience in designing and owning M365 platforms at enterprise scale.

Strong expertise in:

Tenant architecture (single/multi-tenant strategy)

Identity and access architecture

Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive integration

Service boundaries and data residency

Privilege and Confidential

Experience delivering cloud-based M365 solutions.

Ability to make solution, platform, and security design decisions independently.
