Job: Martech Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between Marketing stakeholders and technical/analytics teams
• Translate marketing strategy into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze marketing performance data including ad spend, campaign effectiveness, and attribution
• Define and support analytics requirements using GA4 and related digital analytics platforms
• Enable optimization of marketing spend through insights, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews
• Ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery of marketing analytics initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in marketing or digital analytics environments
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, paid media spend, and campaign performance
• Hands-on experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools
• Ability to operate in a consultative, client-facing capacity
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working onshore with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Background in marketing technology, analytics, or agency/consulting environments
• Familiarity with tag management, data layers, and MarTech ecosystems
