 ✅ System analysis, estimation, and solution recommendations
 ✅ Experience with UNIX/Linux and Oracle databases (plus)
 ✅ Requirements gathering and solution design
 ✅ Process improvement and risk reduction
 ✅ SDLC documentation and change management
 ✅ Interface configuration and integration understanding
 ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
 ✅ On-call and shift support as needed
