✔ Handle IRS calls and issue resolution
✔ Mentor tax strategists and support the tax prep team
✔ Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ CPA or EA (required)
✔ 5+ years of tax_prep, review & strategy experience
✔ Strong knowledge of IRS procedures & QBO
✔ Experience with S Corps, partnerships & business tax
