Job Title: Mainframe Support Developer

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Pay rate: $50/hr on C2C 

Visa Status: H1-B, H4-EAD, L2S, USC, GC 

Description:

This role is again "SUPPORT"...supporting Pre prod environment (Kind of QA region) where many applications would be integrated in batch cycle.

Client expectation is JCL expert, who can promptly attempting/solving the batch abends.

Change Management

• Represent CR in CAB/Pre-CAB meetings
• Coordinate and implement CR as planned
• Post implementation validation checks
• Root cause analysis and problem ticketing

Environment Support

• Support multi-vendor non-production environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, BAT)
• Provide consulting support for defects in non-prod environments

Reporting and Monitoring

• Incident and problem review.
• SLA and performance tracking using ServiceNow.
