Mainframe Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in IBM mainframe technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of mission-critical mainframe applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications
Work on batch and online processing systems
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
Participate in system integration and UAT support
