Mainframe Developer

Required Skills:
Expert-level knowledge of CICS with hands-on experience
Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, MQ, VSAM
Working knowledge of IBM MQ
Experience with enterprise-wide applications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Process & Soft Skills:
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze, distill, and present complex technical information clearly
