1. Must have strong development profile.
2. Must have goods hands on experience in Mainframe tool like Xpeditor, Fileaid, abend aid, Endevour , Platinum
3. Develop , maintain and optimize mainframe application using COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS
4. Experience in migrating data from Legacy system to modernize platform
5. Analyze mainframe applications, document findings
6. Recommend changes to the mainframe application in partnership with Architects and Design Lead, agree on where to source data from
7. Make changes to the mainframe application, test locally, deploy, support integration and business testing
8. Support deploying all applications through environments and into production
9. Strong communication and ownership of work skills
