About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with deep expertise in COBOL and z/OS to join our team onsite in Wilmington. You will focus on transaction processing and database management in a high-volume environment.

Required Skills:

• Programming: Strong proficiency in COBOL.
• OS & Database: In-depth knowledge of z/OS and IMS (IMS/DB and IMS/DC concepts).
• Transaction Processing: Thorough understanding of CICS functionalities and programming interfaces.
• Scripting: Ability to write and manage JCL for batch processing.
• Administration: Basic understanding of mainframe system admin (data set management, security).
