Machine Learning Compiler Architect

Key Requirements:
✔ 12+ years in compiler development/architecture (AI/ML accelerators)
✔ Strong expertise in TVM, IREE, XLA, MLIR, or LLVM
✔ Deep knowledge of NPU/AI hardware architecture
✔ Advanced C++ & Python programming skills
✔ Experience with graph optimizations, memory management & code generation
✔ Proven technical leadership & cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have: NPU experience, neural network quantization, automotive standards, HPC background.
