Loyalty Business Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a Loyalty Business Analyst to support a retail loyalty initiative for a large enterprise client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on loyalty and rewards programs within a retail environment and be comfortable collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital (Web & Mobile), OMS, POS, and Technology
· Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
· Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Document end-to-end loyalty flows such as enrollment, points earning/redemption, tiers, promotions, and offers
· Support integrations across CRM, loyalty platforms, OMS, POS, and digital channels
· Ensure requirements align with overall business and customer experience goals
· Support Agile teams throughout the development lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
· 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
· Strong experience working on Loyalty / Rewards programs
· Retail domain experience is a must
· Hands-on experience with Web, Mobile, OMS, and POS systems
· Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
