Lead / Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to support application design, development, and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS expertise, DevOps leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based application infrastructure
• Lead and mentor DevOps team members
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Provide production support and guide the team in issue resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS DevOps experience (Senior level)
• 7+ years of CI/CD experience
• 2–3+ years of DevOps lead experience
• Strong communication skills with ownership mindset
• Experience in production support and team guidance
