Must-Have Skills:

Backend: Strong experience with Node.js for API and service development.

Leadership: Proven track record as a Lead—guiding teams, setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and driving architectural decisions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications.

Bridge mobile frontend with scalable Node.js backend services.

Mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and ensure high-performance, maintainable code.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep mobile expertise with full-stack vision.
