Job Summary

A highly experienced and PMP-certified PMO Lead to oversee large-scale project portfolios from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience managing end-to-end projects with a specific focus on Sales and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) portfolios. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between vendors, cross-functional business units, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless delivery across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Leadership: Lead and manage complex project portfolios, specifically focusing on Sales and CPQ workstreams.
• End-to-End Delivery: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and planning through to execution, tracking, and final delivery.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between external vendors, internal IT departments, and cross-functional business teams.
• Operational Excellence: Expertly handle project tracking, reporting, escalation management, and high-level executive communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated experience in a PMO or Senior Project Management role.
• Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing Sales and CPQ portfolios.
• Technical Proficiency: Power-user level expertise in JIRA and Microsoft Excel for tracking and data-driven reporting.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
