Lead Java Full Stack

Role: Lead Java Full Stack 
Locations: Irving, TX | Jersey City, NJ (Candidates must be local).
Experience: Minimum 12+ years 
Visa Status: USC and Green Card only.

Key Requirements:

Domain Expertise: Banking/Financial Services (BFSI) experience is mandatory. Must understand high-volume transactions, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Technical Excellence:
* Backend: Expert-level Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture).
* Frontend: Strong Fullstack capability with modern frameworks (Angular/React).
* Cloud & Data: Proven experience with Cloud migration (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kafka, and distributed databases.
* DevOps: Leadership in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and TDD.

Role Responsibilities:
* Define and drive the end-to-end architecture for large-scale banking applications.
* Mentor senior developers and collaborate with global stakeholders to align business goals with technical roadmaps.
