Job Description
We are seeking a Strong Lead Java Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, Microservices, and cloud-native architectures, capable of mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable Java applications
•    Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
•    Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams
•    Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
•    Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability
•    Drive best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, and DevOps
•    Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
•    Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations
Required Technical Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+)
•    Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
•    Solid experience in Microservices Architecture
•    Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API design
•    Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate / JPA)
•    Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
•    Experience with Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
•    Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
•    Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
•    Strong understanding of Design Patterns & SOLID principles
Cloud & DevOps (Good to Have)
•    Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
•    Hands-on with API Gateway, Load Balancers, and Cloud Security
•    Monitoring & logging tools (Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch)
