Lead Java Developer

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience is preferred for this role.
Strong Java development experience (Java 8+), with knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
Experience of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift) and cloud-native development.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Experience with version control tools (Git) and modern development workflows.

Mandatory Skills:
6+yrs of Experience in payment systems or fintech applications, including payment gateways, digital wallets, or PCI compliance.
