Lead Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to design and develop scalable, cloud-native microservices solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building shared libraries/frameworks supporting cross-cuting concerns such as security, observability, and reliability across distributed systems.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot based microservices architecture
Experience designing shared frameworks and reusable components
Cloud-native development experience (OpenShift preferred)
Strong understanding of Hibernate / JPA
Experience with Git for source control
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design
Experience in distributed application monitoring and end-to-end production deployments
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
