About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Architect to drive technical strategy and delivery. You will lead a pod of developers, oversee multiple workstreams, and bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Own low-level designs, feature development, and delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and lead changes through development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards while mentoring junior staff.

Must-Have Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology + 15+ years in enterprise IT.
Cloud & Containers: Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Microservices.
Backend & Integration: Kafka, Java/JavaScript, Quarkus/Spring, API Gateways (Apigee/Mulesoft), ESB/Datapower.
Databases: Distributed DBs (Postgres, Yugabyte, RDS, Aurora).
Frontend & Mobile: UI (Angular/React/HTML/CSS3/HTMX), PhoneGap, iOS/Android SDKs.
DevOps & Data: CI/CD, XML/JSON, High Availability, Performance Tuning.
Security: Deep knowledge of PKI, SSL, RSA, encryption, key management, and mobile/web app security.
Methodologies: Proficient in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
Modern Tools: Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor/WindSurf/Claude Code).
Emerging Tech: Working knowledge of AI/ML and rules engines.
