Kubernetes SME Lead

Required Skills & Experience

8–12 years in cloud-native, DevOps, or platform engineering

Strong GKE/Kubernetes experience:

Cluster setup, node pools, autoscaling

VPC networking, ingress, load balancing

Security: Workload Identity, RBAC, Network Policies, secrets

Observability: Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Prometheus, Grafana

Hands-on experience with:

Java Spring Boot (microservices, APIs)

Python (automation, scripting)

Proven migration experience from Tanzu PCF / PaaS to Kubernetes

CI/CD expertise (GitHub, Jenkins, Cloud Build, ArgoCD)

Strong communication and mentoring skills
