Must-Have

10+ years hands-on Java development
Strong expertise in Spring Boot + Microservices architecture
Proven Omni-channel application development experience (multi-channel platforms – web, mobile, digital banking, customer-facing systems)
Designing & building REST APIs + backend integrations
SQL & NoSQL databases (query optimization, schema design)
Agile/Scrum environment (sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups)
