Java Production Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead L2/L3 production support for Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Own incident, problem, and change management processes.
Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Ensure app availability, performance, and security.
Lead a Scrum team with a focus on support + continuous delivery.
Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams.
Qualifications:
12+ years in IT, 3+ years in a Lead role.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Expertise in REST APIs, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD.
Agile, ITIL, and Scrum leadership experience.
