**** Need Someone Advanced proficiency in Saga Natural Language Understanding (NLU)****

Responsibilities:

• As a Java Advanced Lead, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Spring MVC (Model View Controller) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended.
• Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Saga Natural Language Understanding (NLU), GitHub Actions for Mobile CI/CD, API Testing, and Red Hat OpenShift Administration is suggested.
• Lead architectural discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance application performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct regular reviews of application architecture to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Must Have Skills:

Java Spring MVC, WEB & Spring Boot 3.X, Microservices (Saga, CQRS), GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation, Ephemeral Environments (on-demand, short-lived test environments), API Testing-Curl Commands, OpenShift (K8s) and PCF (Tanzu), Agile Leadership, BDD/TDD, SonarQube, Splunk/Open Telemetry and Grafana.
