Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise and experience leading development teams in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers in designing and implementing applications
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues
• Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
