Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Analyze user requirements to develop, test, and deploy applications.
• Backend Services: Develop back-end components, REST APIs, and integrate user-facing elements.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, to create, maintain, and support software.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and user guides. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+), JDBC, and JSP.
• Frameworks & Tools: Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security), Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS, such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Web Services: Experience developing RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with Git (version control), Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Typical Experience Levels

• Junior Java Developer: 0–2 years of experience; focused on coding, debugging, and learning.
• Mid-Level Java Developer: 3–5 years of experience; responsible for designing components and mentoring.
