Integration Testing End-to-End Flow - individual components tested to make sure the entire pipeline works seamlessly?

Security And Compliance Testing
Responsibilities
Hands On Testing -IVR Application
All Testing deliverables- as IVR Test Lead (Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scenario, Test Data preparation, Test Result)
Onsite-Offshore Team. Hand-Over Take-Over
Daily Scrum, Test Call, Design Sessions, Requirement Sessions, Production Validation etc. as per project need.
Agile
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report
Coordinate activities with third parties to resolve the IT issues or complete service requests
Follow standard operating procedures as documented in the knowledge management system.
Providing training / demo’s when needed to end users
Onsite admin tasks e.g. backup, OS migration.
Onsite Operational support of Industrial Mobility devices
Mobility - Operational support for company owned mobile phones / tablet devices and BYOD
