GDOT is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Manager to lead Process & Governance Oversight within the Division. This role ensures all project requests comply with IT governance frameworks, security protocols, and regulatory standards, while supporting governance committees and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

📍 Local candidates only – onsite 1–2 days weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate IT governance & compliance activities, including policy development, committee support, and reporting.
• Review and prepare project requests for governance boards and steering committees.
• Maintain accurate documentation of projects, policies, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and cybersecurity teams to validate solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project intake, evaluation, and compliance processes.
• Serve as liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, SDLC, and regulatory compliance (data privacy, cybersecurity).
• Associate’s degree in IT, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder facilitation experience.

Preferred:

• Experience in public sector or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with standards such as NIST, HITRUST, NDAA.
• Project management and contract negotiation experience.
• Passion for continuous improvement in IT governance and compliance.
