Role Summary

Seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong Oracle/SQL, documentation, testing, and stakeholder facilitation experience to support large-scale, high-profile IT initiatives in a program-driven environment.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree
• 10+ years gathering and documenting business and technical requirements related to Oracle and SQL
• 7+ years producing technical documentation including requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and test artifacts
• 7+ years creating documentation for meetings, analyses, and training materials
• 7+ years testing custom and COTS applications, reports, large data sets, and dashboards
• 7+ years facilitating business and technical analysis meetings
• 2+ years’ experience developing web applications
• 1+ year experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio .NET
• Experience with Governance, Project Management, and Project Portfolio Management
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-technology, high-profile implementations with diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience working with software and hardware vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in state government, preferably in Education or Early Learning
• Experience working in a program environment with multiple interrelated projects led by a Program/Project Manager
