Intermediate Infrastructure Engineer – Storage

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL – onsite

Visa: H1B, H4EAD, USC

Experience: 7–8 Years

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

7–8 years of hands-on experience in:

Storage Area Networks (SAN)

Network-Attached Storage (NAS)

Object Storage (S3)

Public Cloud environments

Strong experience in enterprise storage platforms (Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM, HPE, Hitachi, Pure Storage).

Expertise in SAN fabric configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco and Brocade switches).

Proficiency in storage protocols: Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS/SMB.

Strong knowledge of replication technologies (SRDF), snapshots, and backup/restore solutions.

Experience integrating storage with VMware ESXi and cloud environments.

Strong scripting and automation experience (Python, Ansible, YAML, JSON, XML, APIs).

Experience with data migration and performance optimization.

Good understanding of disaster recovery concepts and storage best practices.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
