Infra - Application Operation

Required Skills:
1) Monitor applications/infrastructure using Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure Monitor; maintain dashboards, baselines, and alerts.
2) Participate in incident triage, incident response and troubleshooting; escalate to the right teams/vendors using defined procedures.
3) Help identify repetitive issues and contribute to scripts/runbooks (PowerShell/Python/Bash) to automate detection and remediation.
4) Assist with operational reporting (e.g., MTTD/MTTR, tickets worked, change validations, major incidents) and continuous improvement actions.
5) Provide scheduled coverage for 24x7x365 operations, including off-hours and holidays as needed."
