Long Term Contract

• Years of Experience/Level: 6-9 years - Mid to Senior Integration/Support Engineer - with Strong production support background in enterprise ETL environments. Maybe some in IIB and AWS.
• Technical Hard Skills:
  • Informatica PowerCenter 10.x.x.x
  • SQL (Oracle / Snowflake)
  • Unix shell scripting, Python scripting
  • Data Warehousing concepts
  • Performance tuning (session tuning, pushdown optimization, partitioning)
  • Error handling, restartability, recovery procedures
  • Scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys / Tivoli or similar)
  • File handling (SFTP, PGP encryption/decryption)
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Source systems: Flat files, JSON, XML
  • Version control and deployment processes
  • Basic cloud knowledge (preferably AWS)
• Responsibilities:
  • L1/L2 production support for Informatica workflows and integrations
  • Monitor batch jobs and resolve failures within SLA
  • Root cause analysis and permanent fix implementation
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Incident, problem, and change management support
  • Coordinate with onshore teams  
  • Deployments and release support
  • Handle data issues, reconciliation, and validation

AWS skill set is also a plus. We can train them in this area if they don't have any experience, but at least some general knowledge would be nice.
