🚀 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Infor Workbrain (WFM) Developer to join a large-scale digital workforce transformation initiative. This role is focused on hands-on development, configuration, and optimization of Infor Workbrain across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Compliance, and Integrations.
This is not a generic Java or HR systems role — we are specifically seeking professionals with deep, real-world Workbrain experience.

🧠 What You’ll Do
Develop, enhance, and support Infor Workbrain / WFM modules including:
Time & Attendance
Scheduling
LFSO
Budgeting
Clock & device integrations
Configure and customize:
Complex Pay Rules
Entitlements, validations, and compliance logic
Design and implement integrations with HR, payroll, and upstream/downstream systems
Build custom workflows and dynamic forms using Workbrain Form Builder and Workflow Editor
Perform upgrades, optimizations, and performance tuning of Workbrain environments
Develop backend components using Java / J2EE
Write Oracle SQL / PL-SQL queries, procedures, and triggers
Build reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos or similar tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / SDLC environment
Support production issues and continuous improvements

✅ Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on Infor Workbrain / WFM development experience
Strong expertise in Time & Attendance systems
Experience with Pay Rules, LFSO, Scheduling, and Compliance
Solid development experience with:
Java / J2EE
Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
Knowledge of US (and Puerto Rico) labor and time compliance rules
Experience with system integrations and interfaces
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, SVN, Jenkins)
Strong communication and documentation skills

🌟 Nice to Have
Experience with cloud migration or WFM modernization
Performance tuning and scaling of Workbrain environments
Background in enterprise payroll, workforce, or HRIS systems
Prior experience in utilities, manufacturing, retail, or large enterprise environments
