🔧 Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and support IBM Maximo applications.
Perform workflow design, automation, and Maximo module enhancements.
Develop and maintain application configurations, integrations, and data structures.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Maximo environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.
Support Maximo upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into system solutions.
Create documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.
✔ Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.x or 8.x preferred).
Expertise in Maximo customization, MBOs, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reporting.
Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
Knowledge of SQL, Java, and scripting for Maximo customizations.
Understanding of EAM processes and workflows.
Experience working onsite in a client environment.
