IAM Ping Engineer

• Analyze, enhance, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Okta Single Sign On platform supporting SaaS applications and GCP cloud hosted environment
• Collaborate with enterprise identity teams supporting platforms including PingFederate/PingID, AWS Identity Center, and Okta
• Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS and GCP
• Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers
• Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidents
• Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platforms
• Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
• Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans
• Participate in disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high availability

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
• At least 1 year of experience with enterprise IdP’s, particularly Okta or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• At least 1 year of experience with Cloud Infrastructure management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience with Okta in enterprise level environments including Policy Management, Application Rules, IdP rules, Access Token Management, Adapter Configuration, SAML, OpenID Connect, SSO, and API (oAuth2.0)
• 5+ years of experience developing complex scripts in Bash, NodeJS, Python, or other languages to develop automated solutions
• 5+ years of experience developing Infrastructure as Code in cloud hosted environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager
