Gen AI Engineer

Role Description: Embed advanced generative AI capabilities into the platform, leveraging Azure OpenAI and other LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LLM-based features (chatbots, summarization, intelligent workflows).
• Work with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks for model deployment.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models for healthcare use cases.
• Collaborate with architect and developers to embed AI features into workflows.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.
• Monitor AI performance, bias, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with focus on LLMs and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, transformers, and model deployment.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Ability to balance innovation with compliance and ethical AI practices.
