Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and end-to-end AI/ML pipelines in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
• Build and optimize prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning strategies
• Integrate GenAI solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs
• Develop scalable ML pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks
• Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Ensure model performance, security, explainability, and compliance
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed models in production
• Stay current with latest GenAI research, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering / AI / ML
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory)
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
