🧩 Functional Skills (Retail & ERP)
Strong hands-on experience with Jesta Vision modules (any 3+): Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, Order Management/Omnichannel
End-to-end retail domain knowledge: item onboarding, inventory management, pricing & promotions, P2P, O2C, store ops, returns, stock reconciliation, seasonal planning
Strong Retail Merchandising expertise with basic SCM & DC operations knowledge
Experience managing onshore customers and large offshore L1.5/L2/L3 support teams
🛠️ Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Retail Merchandising System architecture
Exposure to Oracle RMS / SCM tools is a plus
Strong SQL (queries, joins, troubleshooting)
Integrations: EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, message queues
Log analysis, batch scheduling, job monitoring
L2/L3 support for Jesta Vision modules
Experience supporting eCommerce, payment gateways, 3PLs, and finance systems
