🔹 Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 ✅ 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE web application development
 ✅ Strong expertise in:
Core Java (Multithreading, Executor Framework)
Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis
RESTful Web Services
JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS, Angular, jQuery
AJAX, XML/XSLT, JSON
JBoss, Apache, Tomcat
SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance Optimization
GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode) for Java development
 ✅ Experience building cross-browser, cross-platform solutions
 ✅ Strong understanding of application security best practices
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance applications
 ⭐ Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability strategies
