We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer / FPGA Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in the design and development of FPGA-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VHDL, along with proven experience working with Xilinx FPGAs and Vivado. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and optimizing FPGA products to ensure high performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Candidates should also have experience with revision control systems and a solid understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) for project performance tracking and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, are essential for success in this role.

🔹 Key Requirements:
15+ years of overall experience in Electrical Engineering / FPGA Design
Strong hands-on experience in FPGA product design and development
Expertise in VHDL
Experience with Xilinx FPGAs
Strong working knowledge of Vivado
Experience with revision control systems
Good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills
