Echnical Project/Program Management

• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Drive process improvements and delivery best practices
• Support release planning and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall projects
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
