The role of an EAM| WalkMe consultant involves designing| developing| and managing digital adoption solutions within the SAP ecosystem. This includes creating| testing| and deploying WalkMe content tailored to SAP modules| such as SAP S4HANA and SAP Fiori. The consultant is responsible for analyzing usage data to optimize WalkMe flows and improve user experience. They also provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders| troubleshoot issues with WalkMe scripts| and ensure ongoing compatibility and effectiveness with SAP updates.
