POSITION: E1 and Oracle Cloud SCM functional analyst
LOCATION : Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the functional analyst for ERP E1 and Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and enhancements.
* Lead or support projects, translating technical and business requirements into actionable tasks.
* Set expectations and communicate technical concepts clearly to peers, management, and business partners.
* Ensure delivery of ERP and SCM solutions in alignment with business processes and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with global teams across IT and business units.
* Provide guidance on best practices in SCM processes including manufacturing, MRP/DRP, procurement, quality, intercompany, demand planning, inventory management, distribution, logistics, product costing, and manufacturing accounting.
* Support Agile/DevOps methodologies in project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

* 10+ years of E1/Oracle Cloud SCM functional experience, including project management or team leadership.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, distribution, inventory management, and costing processes.
* Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
* Demonstrated experience managing projects in a regulated environment using ITIL or similar frameworks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
* Proven analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
* Ability to work creatively and collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.
