Dynamics CRM Technical Architect

• Define integration architecture with external systems using Azure services, APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Oversee custom development using:
  • C#, .NET, ASP.NET
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources
• Architect data migration strategies and data governance models.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and security standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• 3+ years in an architectural or lead technical role.
• Strong experience with:
  • Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service)
  • Power Platform
  • Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
  • SQL Server and data modeling
  • REST/SOAP APIs
